No Legal, Medical, or Regulatory Advice The services provided by Ecker Consulting LLC do not constitute, and shall not be construed as:
- Legal advice or representation;
- Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment;
- Regulatory determinations or official certifications.
Individuals and entities utilizing our services are solely responsible for seeking appropriate professional advice from qualified attorneys, medical professionals, or regulatory authorities as needed.

No Warranty or Guarantee Ecker Consulting LLC makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information, assessments, or recommendations provided. All services are provided on an “as-is” basis. No guarantees are made regarding the outcome or results of any evaluation, consultation, or action taken by the client based on the information provided.
Client Responsibility Clients are solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of information, assessments, or recommendations provided by Ecker Consulting LLC. Clients are advised to seek additional professional advice where appropriate. Ecker Consulting LLC does not assume responsibility for actions taken or not taken based on the information provided.
Limitation of Liability Ecker Consulting LLC expressly disclaims any liability for damages, injuries, losses, or legal claims arising from the use of any information, assessments, or recommendations provided. By engaging our services, the client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Ecker Consulting LLC and its representatives from any and all liability, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law and Venue All services provided by Ecker Consulting LLC, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to the services provided shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Washington County, Wisconsin, or the federal courts located within the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
Severability If any provision of this Disclaimer and Release of Liability is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been included.
Force Majeure Ecker Consulting LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance arising out of causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, technological failures, man-made disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, terrorism, labor disputes, or other unforeseeable events.
Unsolicited Business Proposal Policy
By submitting a message through the Ecker Consulting LLC contact form, email system, or any other communication channel, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Any unsolicited business proposals, marketing solicitations, service offerings, or partnership inquiries submitted without prior request will be treated as a billable administrative review service.
- The evaluation of unsolicited proposals will be charged at a rate of $300.00 per hour, with a minimum charge of one (1) hour.
- Submission of unsolicited communications constitutes acceptance of these terms and agreement to be invoiced accordingly.
- Ecker Consulting LLC reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid invoices resulting from violations of this policy under the Governing Law and Venue provisions outlined herein.
This policy operates independently and does not modify or replace the terms of the service agreements addressed elsewhere in this Disclaimer and Release of Liability.
Entire Agreement This Disclaimer and Release of Liability constitutes the entire agreement between the client and Ecker Consulting LLC regarding the services provided. No oral or written representations, statements, or agreements not expressly contained herein shall be binding.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance By requesting or utilizing the services of Ecker Consulting LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Disclaimer and Release of Liability.
